Upon successful product ordering, a service agreement will be emailed to me to review and sign in order to receive planning services with FantaSeek. If the agreement is not signed, then no services will be provided.
For both Expedition and Exploration Service Levels the remaining balance must be paid in full no later that two days before departure date for itinerary to be delivered*. A purchase of these service levels is considered a deposit toward the remaining balance. Deposits are non-refundable if the balance is not paid by the deadline. An invoice with the remaining balance will be emailed once you complete our intake form.
* Does not apply to the Excursion Service Level since full payment is collected when ordering.
